At Mini Treehouse we believe in sustainability by providing inspiration and a second life to beautiful items for your little ones.
We welcome walk-in sells/trades on WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY during our normal business hours.

We accept ALL seasons however, condition and labels are very important, see below.
We ask that you bring in no more than 3 bags (regular sized, no garbage bags please!) per exchange so we have enough time and space to inspect your items.
Depending on how busy we are, your exchange shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. If you have more than 3 bags , please send us a message so that we are ready to take in a larger buy.
How it Works
We purchase pre-loved clothing / shoes / montessori like toys / books in excellent condition for children aged infant to 14.
WHAT WE BUY
There are many considerations that go into our buying decisions including seasonality, condition, fabric content (quality) and our current inventory. Before bringing your things, PLEASE ensure all items have been freshly cleaned and are free from any odors, stains or holes.
WE ONLY accept name brands, small shop, designer, european etc.
We try to limit the amount of fast fashion we carry in store so please no Target, Walmart, Fred Myer brands.
Getting Paid
We will go through all items and set a retail price on the spot giving you the option of either 35% store credit or 25% cash of the total selling value. We do not hold consignment but rather buy your things outright. If you select a cash option, we will write you a check. Store credit is issued via a gift card that is emailed to you.
