At Mini Treehouse we believe in sustainability by providing inspiration and a second life to beautiful items for your little ones. 

We welcome sells/trades on TUESDAY and THURSDAY ONLY 2-4pm. BY APPOINTMENT. DM ON INSTAGRAM or text our phone: (425) 213-4098. Appointments are readily available just send us a text with date and time.

- We accept ALL seasons however, condition and labels are very important, see below.

- No more than 30 items so we have enough time and space to inspect your items. We can make an exception but please DM or text us prior to: 425.213.4098

- Depending on how busy we are, your exchange shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes.

How it Works

We purchase pre-loved and NEW clothing / shoes / montessori like toys / books in excellent condition for children aged infant to 14.

We also now take womens clothing and shoes.

WHAT WE BUY

There are many considerations that go into our buying decisions including resale market value, condition, fabric content (quality) and our current inventory.

Before bringing your things, PLEASE ensure all items have been freshly cleaned and are free from any odors, pet hair, stains or holes. 

- We will only inspect 30 items per appointment.

- WE ONLY accept name brands: Nordstrom, Jamie Kay, Mini Boden, Tea, Hanna, some Zara, Bobo, Janie & Jack, Crewcuts, RL, PEEK, Northface, Hunter, Patagonia some GAP etc.

Small Shop: Quincy, Misha, Little Bipsy, Rylee, Oat, Mabo, Kate Quinn, Noralee, and many other small shop brands.

Designer, European, Vintage and handmade.

WOMENS: Bring us your best items, Nordstrom brands, Free people, Anthropology, Madewell, Lululemon, Aritzia, Zara, Mango, Sézane and more.

- We accept organic/wood/montessori /battery less toys.
- Books in excellent shape

-AG dolls and accessories.

- High end baby carriers/slings

We try to limit the amount of fast fashion we carry in store so please no Target, Walmart, Fred Myer brands, Carters etc.

Getting Paid

We will go through your items and give you a cash offer OR MORE in store credit.
(Cash offer is based off resale value which is about 20%, store credit is about 35%)

We do not hold consignment but rather buy your things outright.

If you select a cash option, we will write you a check.
